We’re Dominic and Ollie — co-founders of Cronos.

This all started while we were working hourly jobs during uni, constantly trying to figure out how much we were actually earning mid-shift. It never made sense. You’d be on your feet for hours, but the numbers in your head never matched the payslip. Something was off — and we weren’t the only ones feeling it.

We realised hourly work was broken. Not just for employees chasing clarity, but for employers trying to keep teams happy, scheduled, and showing up. There was no visibility, no motivation, and definitely no shared system that worked for both sides.

So we built Cronos — a platform that gives hourly-paid workers control, recognition, and transparency… while giving employers the tools they need to run smoother, smarter operations.

This isn’t just a tech project for us — it’s something we lived. We know what it’s like to check your balance after a long shift and still feel in the dark. We know what it’s like to forget to clock in, get swapped last-minute, or feel invisible on the floor.

Our goal with Cronos is simple:

Make hourly work feel fair, motivating, and clear — for everyone involved.
